i stayed in this lovely hotel for a little while. the staffs attentiveness and warmth was amazing! the beautiful rooms are very comfortable and spacious, i liked this. the location feels perfect, a very short walk to the train station, a quick hop to the river.

i was, perhaps, a little dissapointed. we got upgraded to a larger room, i did not get a view. there was wooden bars on the window also, the view of the courtyard became blocked.

The room was large and beautifully decorated. The bathroom had two sinks and a spacious shower. I loved it. I also enjoyed the breakfast. It had many local items and EVERYTHING was amazing!!! The hotel has an indoor pool that is quite large considering its location. I also used the outdoor pool. It was beautiful. The hotel is very close to many attractions.

The staff, though happy, wasn't always helpful with tour arrangements. it's a minor issue.

The room included a king size bed and was very large. The bathroom was very comfortable, having two sinks and a spacious shower. The hotel has a big indoor pool appropriate for its location.

The concierge team was not very helpful for organizing tours.

The welcome drink was a very nice touch and included helpful information. I also received a room upgrade to a city view. A bottle of sparkling wine awaited me on my room's balcony. The team's service was excellent.

Some taxis cannot access the door as it is located in a central location. This presented a bit of a challenge when I had lots of luggage.

The hotel is located near the vibrant Flowers Street and provided direct access. Many attractions were within 300 to 700 meters. The hotel allowed me to explore the area with ease.

the breakfast had many options and fresh smoothies were available.

The concierge team seemed unhelpful. i asked them to organize a tour but they were unsuccessful! the fine dining restaurant was a complete disaster. Starters took an hour and a half, and the main course arrived over two hours later. it wasn't worth the wait at all. but at least breakfast was good!
